Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (NICEIC Approved)  

About the Role:
 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a NICEIC Approved Qualifying Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical installations across our projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Oversee and implement rigorous quality control procedures and standards to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and NICEIC requirements.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of electrical installations and identify potential issues.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to site teams to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including test certificates, inspection reports, and risk assessments.
• Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders, effectively communicating project status and addressing any quality concerns.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of electrical installers, ensuring they are competent and qualified to carry out electrical work.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• NICEIC Approved: Must be a registered NICEIC Approved Electrical Contractor.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, Building Regulations, and industry standards (e.g., BS 7671).
• Qualifications: Relevant electrical qualifications, such as City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a solid track record of ensuring compliance and quality.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, effectively delegate tasks, and foster a positive work environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
